The king suite was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, well decorated, well appointed, well equipped, and overall like a small apartment. The breakfast was good and dining area was clean. The staff was friendly, available, and responsive. The grounds were well kept and provided a pleasant outdoor retreat.

Our room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms suite was very convenient for family staying. Clean room. Kitchen in the room with microwave, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine are helpful. There was a shared laundry room with $3 for washing and $3 for optional drying total of $6 cost. You can buy detergent from mini market store in the hotel.

The room was an excellent set-up for our needs, our son was able to use the bedroom space to sleep in a bit, play games, watch TV, etc., while my husband was able to do his work in the living area of the suite. The kitchenette was great for coffee, as well as snacks and quick meals. We could have done much more cooking than we actually did, and the facilities and tools were great. My son especially loved the pool, and he was thrilled to be able to spend long stretches there during the day to unwind and have fun. The accommodations took what would have been a boring trip to be endured, and turned into a great mini-vacation that we were all able to enjoy.

Our room was set up brilliantly for us with our daughter having her own room. The kitchen and fridge were a life saver for us when we ate in Breakfast had a great choice of foods and suited all 3 of us

I'm giving the property a 10 because the staff were out of this world. Absolutely went above and beyond regular customer service. We had an issue with our son and they were so helpful, kind and asked how everything was after everything had calmed down. Having the kitchenette was a life (and money) saver. The location was easy to find and there was a Dunkin Donuts just on the other side of the parking lot. Beds were comfortable.

The lady at the reception desk is hilarious!!! She's so much fun! Has an amazing gift if making people feel like home and welcomed. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready. She apologized for the inconvenience, and gave options for me to spend my time in the area until my room was ready. In fact, a day later after I checked out, I ran into her at the mall and the laughing and hysterical nature continued. She was great!!
